The hotel gym only included a multi-gym machine, two treadmills, a cross trainer and a spinning bike.
 
There aren’t any exercise mats, dumbbells or adjustable benches.

This hotel gym was extremely small resulting in very limited floor space!
 
That being said, the multi-gym machine is very good! It has a weight stack of 90kg and it’s adjustable allowing suitable range of motion. It’s in good condition and comfortable.
You can do lat pull-downs, seated rows, chest presses, chest flys as well as leg extensions on the multi-gym machine and with the cable attachment at the bottom you can do additional exercises.
 
The hotel gym has natural lighting, air conditioning and also a small balcony for ventilation.
 
Opening hours weren’t specified but it seemed very relaxed – you could walk in anytime you wanted, as the door was always open.
 
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
No – the hotel gym is simply too basic lacking a lot of equipment and space.

There’s a stationary bike, a cross-trainer and two treadmills.
 
There’s also a dumbbell rack but all dumbbells except a 4kg, a 7kg and 11kg dumbbell were missing!?
There’s also an ab machine, a Captain’s chair with a Bosu ball attached to the back and a cable machine with a fair selection of handles.

Does the hotel gym offer complementary water? Yes.

I used one of the two treadmills for an hour run and the treadmill worked perfectly. I particularly liked that the fitness center offered a water cooler with individually wrapped plastic cups to use for drinking.
 
The hotel gym is open 24/7.
 
Although the fitness center offers free towels to use while working out which are large (I’d say body size), there’s no hamper in the fitness center to leave the used towels after your workout is done.
 
While there was a wall mounted sanitizer wipe dispenser, it was empty so there was no way to disinfect the treadmill after my workout.
 
Lastly, although the fitness center has a clock, it’s broken and stuck at 5:27.
 
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Yes! Despite the minor annoyances, due to the larger amount of exercise equipment available, I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The cardio equipment covers Peloton bikes, stationary bikes, cross-trainers, treadmills, a rowing machine and there’s even a SkiErg!
 
If you’re looking for a weight-based workout, there’re two cable machines, a lat pull-down machine as well as a chest press machine and a leg press machine.
There’s a great selection of dumbbells and a pair of adjustable benches as well.
There’s even a Smith machine and a nice selection of barbells/EZ bars including a nice collection of weight plates.

Big hotel, big gym, but poorly placed! With so much space, they could have chosen a better location in the hotel. All the treadmills face a wall. I feel like I’m in a basement.
 
There is a lot of equipment and certainly a great place to workout, but I am always looking for the view and this has none. There’s a small spot near the kettlebells overlooking a roof but not enough to have me come running back here.
 
There’s a pool outside the hotel gym which is a bonus although I am not much of a swimmer.
 
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Not sure – with so many hotels in the area, I might opt to try a different one if I were ever in town again due to the “basement” feeling.

Dirty!!! Floor, doors, windows, and mirror looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. Garbage overflowed. Trash in where towels were even though I couldn’t find towels complimentary anywhere. Wasn’t impressed in the least!!!

No – because of the lack of house-keeping and basic equipment!

There’s a combined lat pull-down and chest press machine as well as a leg extension/leg curl machine.
There’s also a Smith machine and a pretty decent range of weight plates which also come in handy with the available EZ bars.
They also have a Captain’s chair in case you’re in the mood for pull-ups, dips, etc.
Finally, there’s a solid selection of dumbbells and a handful of kettlebells as well as two adjustable benches.

It was nice that sanitizers were available and I enjoyed having the gym to myself.

As for pin-operated machines, there’s a shoulder press, chest press and lat pull-down machine. They also have a leg-extension and leg-curl machine as well as a cable machine with all sorts of handles.
 
There’s a solid selection of dumbbells (at least up to 20 kgs) and barbells (at least up to 28 kgs) as well as two adjustable benches.
 
 
There’s a Captain chair for chin-ups, dips, pull-ups, etc. and medicine balls as well as exercise balls.
 
If you’re into cardio, there’re three cross-trainers, five treadmills and two stationary bikes.

The gym was fully equipped, but the most exciting thing was the ballet bar!
The hotel gym was large with plenty of room. However, I wish they had water available – and it would’ve been perfect if they’d had music playing too.

This is most likely one of the worst/smallest hotel gyms ever! Everything is squeezed together making it extremely claustrophobic. There’s simply no oxygen!

There are two treadmills, a cross-trainer, a stationary bike and a spinning bike.
 
There’s a multi-gym, dumbbells ranging from 1 to 7kgs and an adjustable bench as well as exercise mats and a pair of exercise balls.
 
The multi gym has a range of attachments and handles that allow you to do a range of exercises. The weight stack goes up to 90kgs. The seat is adjustable which helps make the exercises more comfortable and secures adequate range of motion.

This hotel has a very small gym located in the basement next to the hotel spa.
 
The gym is cleaned daily and is equipped with cleaning spray and tissue paper. Since it’s in the basement, there aren’t any windows and there’s only a little bit of natural light from the door. However, there’re plenty of lights, mirrors and good air conditioning.
 
There are two TVs in the gym. However, I was never able to find any music channels, just the news.
 
The hotel gym is open from 8am to 9pm.
