There’re plenty of pin-operated machines – for example, hip abductor as well as adductor, chest press, shoulder press, lat pull-down, leg extensions and leg curls.
There’s also a Smith machine and dumbbells (although not too heavy) as well as adjustable benches (including the decline version).

Opening hours should be 6am to 8pm.
Although this hotel gym is fairly well equipped, it would’ve been nice if there was a leg press machine.

They have dumbbells (2 to 22 kg) and an adjustable bench. There’re two cable machines with different sorts of handles as well as a combined shoulder/chest press machine.

There’re towels, though no water in the hotel gym. There’s a sign saying there’s a bottle filling station near the restrooms.
 
I was surprised the hotel gym was open 24/7. That’s great for us because we like to get up early to workout.

In terms of machines, there’s the leg press, biceps curl, leg extension, leg curl, chest press, shoulder press and lat pull-down.
Barbells go up to 52 kg, dumbbells up to 22 kg and there’s a pair of adjustable benches (including the decline version).
 
The cardio section is pretty big covering four stationary bikes, six cross-trainers and seven treadmills.
 
They have medicine balls and a Bosu ball too.

I’m not sure why it says daily access fee on the door since it was included with our room.

Not sure – I was a little disappointed in the size of this hotel gym, since the hotel is quite new and pricey.

All the cardio equipment faces east creating a light and bright morning workout.

Due to COVID-19, reservations are required – one room allowed at a time. This wasn’t a problem.

The hotel gym is air-conditioned and has 24 hour access.
It’s small and limited but had enough for me to complete my workout with minor variations to accommodate lack of equipment and range of available dumbbells.

Not sure. I most likely wouldn’t stay here just because of the hotel gym.
