There’s a TRX station and accessories include medicine balls, a box jump, exercise balls, yoga mats and a Bosu ball.
 
In terms of cardio equipment, there’re three cross-trainers, five treadmills, two Peloton bikes and a stationary bike.

I was happy to see they had a nice functional cable machine as well as dumbbells up to 34 kgs!
 
Space is tight, but that’s because they’ve packed the hotel gym with all the equipment they can.
 
There’s only one weight bench, which can cause an issue if multiple dumbbell users are there at once.
 
The hotel gym is open 24/7 and the equipment is in excellent condition.
 
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Yes, I’d go back.

The hotel gym is clean and in good condition.
Opening hours should be 24/7 but management shut it down after 10pm which was a big bummer.
There’re prepackaged ear buds and sanitizing wipes in the hotel gym.

Not sure – the hotel gym is pretty basic, but it’s not a horrible hotel gym for a Hampton Inn.

Not a bad gym! It’s spacious and has a full set of dumbbells.
Opening hours are 24/7, I think.
 
Although there’s a cable machine, it would’ve been nice if they’d had a wider range of different attachments.
I also wish they’d had some kettlebells.

There’s a seemingly random collection of poorly maintained Cybex machines and no climate control. I hope there’s a local gym that offers weekend passes.
 
It would’ve been nice with a pull-up station, a cable machine and some dumbbells. This hotel gym had none of those. 
 
In addition, it was quite cramped with no real area to stretch.

No – the equipment is too limited.
