Kettlebells range from 2 to 13 kg, dumbbells from 2 to 22 kg. There’s also an adjustable bench.
 
Cardio equipment includes a cross-trainer and two treadmills.
 
Accessories include a Bosu ball, resistance bands, slam balls, exercise balls, a box jump and foam rollers. There’s also a TRX system.

First time working out at a Tru hotel gym!
Water was located right outside the entrance doors.
 
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Yes! Although the hotel gym isn’t spacious, it’s definitively better equipped than hotel gyms at Hampton Inns. If this is the way all Tru hotels are, then I am sold.

There’re two racks with dumbbells – one with dumbbells ranging from 1 to 10 kg and anther with dumbbells ranging from 2 to 40 kg – and two adjustable benches.
 
There’s a range of weight-based machines such as seated rows, lat pull-downs, shoulder presses, seated chest flys and leg extensions. There’s also a cable machine with various attachments and a Smith machine.
There’s an EZ bar, kettlebells, weight-bags and an ab roller too.
 
There’re stationary bikes, rowing machines, treadmills and cross-trainers (around 6 of each).

Does the hotel gym offer complementary water? Yes.

This hotel has a fairly large gym with a good range of equipment.
 
There’s a cleaning station for the equipment and the gym itself is generally clean and well maintained.
 
The gym has no squat racks or barbells. It’s not possible to open any windows and there’s no air condition so it gets hot in the hotel gym.

There’s a multi-gym machine making it possible to do some chest presses or lat pull-downs.
 
Other than that, there’s only a cross-trainer and a treadmill as well as a pull-up/dip tower.
