In terms of weight-based machines, you can do leg extensions, leg curls, leg presses, lat pull-downs and chest presses.
There’re kettlebells (up to 20kg) and dumbbells (up to 22,5kg) and a pair of adjustable benches.
There’s also a pull-up/dip tower and even a squat/bench press rack and a rather hi-tech kinesis cable machine!
As for cardio equipment, there’re two rowing machines, four treadmills, a stationary bike and two spinning bikes.
Accessories include exercise balls and medicine balls.

Opening hours are from 8am to 9pm.
The gym is spacious and clean there’s nice ambient music playing.
It would’ve been nice if they’d had an EZ bar.
Dumbbells and the existing weight-based machines are enough. Some might prefer heavier dumbbells but with the squat rack/bench press and the available machines/equipment it’s more than enough.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Yes, I would definitely come back – not just because of the hotel gym but also because the wellness section is absolutely amazing!
