If you’re in the mood for cardio, there’re two stationary bikes, two treadmills and a cross-trainer.

There’s good air-conditioning and with a Bluetooth sound system, you can play your own music while working out.

There’s a solid selection of dumbbells and barbells and plenty of adjustable benches to get creative.
There’s also a lot of weight-based machines such as lat pull-downs, leg presses, leg curls and leg extensions.
There’s even a Smith machine and a cable machine.
 
There’s a huge collection of cardio equipment as well covering a lot of treadmills and cross-trainers as well as stationary bikes – including spinning bikes and Peloton bikes.
 
Accessories include exercise balls, exercise mats and medicine balls and there’s even a punching bag.

The equipment available is pretty basic, but there’s enough to do a decent workout.
It would’ve been nice if there’d been specific machines for legs, arms, back and abs, for example.

Yes, with a very limited number of people using the hotel gym, it’s basically your own personal gym. Whenever I used it, there was never more than one person, mostly just me.

It’s a decent little hotel gym but a bit tight on space.
The cable machine is in good condition, but I’d say the weight calibration is off by about 10 pounds (light).
Opening hours are 24/7.
What I found challenging was how small the space was versus how much equipment they tried to pack in. It’d be better to pull out a bike or treadmill and open the space up for movement.

Yes, it’s not often I come across a hotel gym with a cable machine/functional trainer, so when I do, I try to go back to those locations.

There’s a nice selection of dumbbells (from 5 to 50lbs/2 to 22kgs) and two adjustable benches. There’s also a cable machine with pull-up bars and a machine for leg curls as well as a machine for leg extensions.
 
You can get your cardio fix on one of the three cross-trainers or three treadmills or on the stationary bike or spinning bike.
 
They also have a Bosu ball ab chair as well as exercise balls.

Everything was very clean and well-maintained.
I was happy to see they had the leg extensions/leg curls machines, since I was there during my leg day session.

There’re kettlebells (up to 55lbs/25kgs) and dumbbells (up to 30lbs/14kgs) as well as an adjustable bench. There’s also a pretty nicely equipped cable machine.
 
In terms of cardio, there’s a stationary bike, a stair-master, a rowing machine, a spinning-kind-of-bike, three treadmills and a cross-trainer.
 
Accessories include boxes for box jumps, Bosu balls, slam balls and exercise balls. There’s also a setup allowing for pull-ups/chin-ups.

The hotel gym is open 24/7.
Although it’s relatively small, it’s functional – there’s sufficient space and equipment to get a decent workout in.
There’s a great pool too!
