There’s a nice range of machines – for example, a leg press machine, a chest press machine, a lat pull-down machine and a Techno Gym Kinesis cable machine.
Dumbbells range from 2,5 to 75 lbs/1 to 34 kgs and there’s a pair of adjustable benches.
 
As for cardio equipment, there’re three stationary bikes, four treadmills, a rowing machine and five cross-trainers.
 
There’re a few medicine balls and a pair of kettlebells too. 
 
Does the hotel gym offer complementary towels? Yes.

I loved that they had an excellent range of machines/weights for all body parts. However, they didn’t have a suitable machine for calves.
The hotel gym was absolutely clean throughout – with frequent visits from the maintenance team throughout the opening hours.
There’s also a full yoga studio.
 
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Absolutely – it’s an excellent gym with good range of equipment and weights!

The Westin

There’s a great selection of pin-operated machines – for example, lat pull-downs, chest presses, shoulder presses, leg presses, leg curls and leg extensions.
There’s also TRX area and a cable machine with a nice range of handles.
There’re kettlebells and dumbbells (up to 50 lbs/22 kgs) as well as three adjustable benches.
 
There’s a relatively big cardio area with seven treadmills, six cross-trainers, four stationary bikes and a Peloton bike.
 
Accessories include exercise mats, foam rollers, Bosu balls and medicine balls.

It’s a nice hotel gym which had everything I needed.
The hotel gym is clean and equipment well-maintained.
Having cool towels is a nice plus!
