There’s also a Smith machine, a Kinesis One cable machine from Techno Gym, an EZ bar and several pin-operated machines – for example, lat pull-down, seated chest press, shoulder press, leg extension and leg curls.
 
There’s a rather extensive cardio section with four treadmills, four cross-trainers and three stationary bikes.

It’s a nice hotel gym with a variety of weights, machines and cardio equipment.

Yes. It’s pretty much a full gym and I can get in a great workout.

As for cardio equipment, there’re cross-trainers, treadmills and stationary bikes – all Life Fitness.

The hotel gym has a great size and the equipment is extremely well maintained. It’s clean and spacious.
I think opening hours are 24/7, but I’m not sure.
I used it five times during my stay and I was by myself three of those times – only one other person was there the other two times.

Yes! I like to stretch, I like the cables and the free weights – it had everything I use when working out.

Equipment was in good shape – not a lot of extras, but better than nothing.
It’s fairly clean and didn’t smell like the pool next door.
Opening hours were from 5am to 10pm.

Yes! It provided enough equipment and room to get the job done.

The hotel gym is spacious and reasonably well equipped. Everything is relatively well maintained.
The adjacent indoor pool was appreciated.

There’s a solid selection of dumbbells and an adjustable bench as well as a handful of kettle bells. There’s a cable machine and a TRX setup as well.
 
In terms of cardio equipment, there’s a spinning-like bike, five treadmills, two cross-trainers and a rowing machine.
 
They also had foam rollers, a Bosu ball, medicine balls and exercise balls as well as a box jump box.

Beautiful, brand new facility!
I was excited to see the box jump box, the TRX setup, the rowing machine and the bike.

Yes! We didn’t have time to use the facility, but I would definitely come back just because I know how nice the equipment is.

Dumbbells range from 4 to 88lbs/2 to 40 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench as well as a decline bench.
 
If you’re looking for a cardio-based workout, there’re five treadmills, three cross-trainers and a spinning-like stationary bike.
 
Accessories include exercise mats, a few exercise balls and medicine balls as well as kettlebells. There’s also a TRX setup and a pull-up bar.

It’s a nice hotel gym which is open 24/7. There’s also a full-length lap pool and spa.
I was positively surprised to see that they had a TRX suspension trainer.

Yes! I like that it had everything I needed to complete my workout. A lot of times, these hotel gyms are limited, and I have to get creative.
