There’s a chest press machine, a shoulder press machine and a seated row machine. There’s also a cable machine, a TRX setup and assorted kettlebells.
Dumbbells range from 5 to 65 lbs/2 to 30 kgs.
 
There’s a nice selection of cardio equipment including four treadmills, two cross-trainers, a rowing machine, a stair-master and four Peloton bikes.
 
Accessories include slam balls, exercise balls, foam rollers and yoga blocks.
 
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.
 
Comments
The gym was open from 6am to 8pm and everything is clean and well-maintained.
I was positively surprised to see that they had TRX setup.
 
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Yes, it’s a great hotel gym that I would definitely return to.

They have dumbbells ranging from 5 to 50 lbs/2 to 22 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench as well.
There’s also a combined machine allowing for leg extensions, shoulder presses and seated rows. It’s also possible to attach a handle/bar at the top of this machine making it possible to do some lat pull-downs or triceps push-downs.
 
As for cardio equipment, there’s a treadmill, a cross-trainer and a stationary bike.
 
Accessories include an exercise mat, an exercise ball and four medicine balls.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.
 
Comments
This hotel gym was minimal yet effective – there’s nothing fancy about it.
It’s fairly clean and didn’t smell bad.
There’re no towels but Lysol wipes.
 
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Yes, I’d consider staying again if I was in the area and needed a hotel gym with the basics.
