Accessories include medicine balls, exercise balls, yoga mats, sandbags and a Bosu ball.

The hotel gym is open from 6am to 10 pm.
I was very satisfied with the available equipment – from the weight-based machines and cardio equipment to the free weights, yoga section and the body weight section.

There’s a huge selection of pin-operated machines covering seated leg presses, seated chest/rear delt flys, ab crunches, chest presses, leg extensions and leg curls, lat pull-downs, shoulder presses, etc.
There’s also a cable machine, a Smith machine and a squat rack with plenty of weight plates.
They have barbells, kettlebells and dumbbells (up to 100 lbs/45 kgs) and several adjustable benches.
 
There’re loads of cardio machines – treadmills, cross-trainers, rowing machines and spinning bikes.
 
Accessories include exercise mats, exercise balls and step benches which can conveniently be used in a separate area ideal for stretching.

Comments
The hotel gym is open 24/7 and easily accessible with your room card.
It would’ve been nice if they’d had a pool.
There’s also a studio with spinning bikes for classes.

There’s a multigym at the end of the room allowing for exercises such as chest presses, shoulder presses, seated rows, lat pull-downs, leg curls, etc.
The also have dumbbells (5 to 15lbs/2 to 7kgs) and kettlebells (5 to 20 lbs/2 to 9kgs) as well as an adjustable bench.
 
Cardio equipment covers a step machine, a cross-trainer, a stationary bike and two treadmills.

The hotel gym is relatively small and the equipment isn’t new, but it is in excellent shape.
It’s very clean and sanitation wipes were available.
I believe the opening hours are from 5:30am to 9pm.
Besides regular towels, they also had chilled towels.
 
I was disappointed that they didn’t have much of a variety when it came to the equipment or weight range. I was happy to see that they had the multi-gym machine, I was able to do most of the exercises I planned on doing.

Yes – the hotel is great, but the hotel gym is average at best.

It’s clean but quite small. However, it had everything you needed.

There’s also a bench press setup, a TRX section, a Smith machine and a bench for biceps curls as well as a dip, chin-up and pull-up tower.
Dumbbells range from 2 to 50 lbs/1 to 22 kgs and there’re three adjustable benches including a decline option.
 
As for cardio equipment, there’re five treadmills, two stationary bikes and two cross trainers.

There’s also a sauna and steam room.
I was happy to see that they had different barbells allowing you to load them with plates according to whatever exercise you felt like doing.

There’s everything you need in terms of weight-based equipment! They have barbells and dumbbells (9 to 100 lbs/4 to 44 kgs), a lot of different machines and there’s also an entire area dedicated to TRX training.
 
The cardio section covers loads of treadmills, cross-trainers, stationary bikes and even rowing machines.

This hotel gym is actually a public gym (“Holmes Place”), but when you stay at the hotel, you get free access to the hotel gym, sauna and pool.
 
As this is a public gym as well, it’s one of the largest hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. It wasn’t busy on the day I visited it.
 
I was very happy with the range of available equipment, etc. It’s good quality.
The cleanliness/house-keeping level is also very good.

Yes, this is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever seen – we’ll surely return when we are in Düsseldorf!

Dumbbells range from 5 to 100 lbs/2 to 45 kgs and there’re around four adjustable benches include a decline option.
 
There’s a huge cardio area covering stationary bikes, spinning bikes, treadmills, cross-trainers and even a rowing machine.
 
Accessories include exercise balls, exercise mats, yoga blocks and medicine balls.

The hotel gym was two stories with everything you needed for a good workout. They had cardio and strength training equipment and there’s an area where you could use mats as well as medicine balls.
Opening hours are daily from 6am to 9pm, it’s staffed in this period and was never crowded.
The view was great over-looking the pool area.
