There’re a lot of pin-operated machines such as rear delts/chest flys, chest presses, leg curls, lat pull-downs, hip abductors, shoulder presses and leg presses.
There’s also a bench press setup, a TRX section, a Smith machine and a bench for biceps curls as well as a dip, chin-up and pull-up tower.
Dumbbells range from 2 to 50 lbs/1 to 22 kgs and there’re three adjustable benches including a decline option.
 
As for cardio equipment, there’re five treadmills, two stationary bikes and two cross trainers.

Opening hours are from 8am to 9pm.
There’s also a sauna and steam room.
I was happy to see that they had different barbells allowing you to load them with plates according to whatever exercise you felt like doing.

Everything is well-maintained and clean.

Not sure – the location was good, but I wouldn’t necessarily stay there because of the hotel gym.

There’s everything you need in terms of weight-based equipment! They have barbells and dumbbells (9 to 100 lbs/4 to 44 kgs), a lot of different machines and there’s also an entire area dedicated to TRX training.
 
The cardio section covers loads of treadmills, cross-trainers, stationary bikes and even rowing machines.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Not sure.

This hotel gym is actually a public gym (“Holmes Place”), but when you stay at the hotel, you get free access to the hotel gym, sauna and pool.
 
As this is a public gym as well, it’s one of the largest hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. It wasn’t busy on the day I visited it.
 
I was very happy with the range of available equipment, etc. It’s good quality.
The cleanliness/house-keeping level is also very good.

Yes, this is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever seen – we’ll surely return when we are in Düsseldorf!

There’s a cable machine, a Smith machine and a tower for dips and chin-ups/pull-ups.
 
Dumbbells range from 5 to 100 lbs/2 to 45 kgs and there’re around four adjustable benches include a decline option.
 
There’s a huge cardio area covering stationary bikes, spinning bikes, treadmills, cross-trainers and even a rowing machine.
 
Accessories include exercise balls, exercise mats, yoga blocks and medicine balls.

Comments
The hotel gym was two stories with everything you needed for a good workout. They had cardio and strength training equipment and there’s an area where you could use mats as well as medicine balls.
Opening hours are daily from 6am to 9pm, it’s staffed in this period and was never crowded.
The view was great over-looking the pool area.

It’s open 24/7 for hotel guests.
I was happy to see that they actually had barbells, a hex bar and several bumper plates making it possible to do deadlifts, for example.
