As for cardio equipment, there’s a stationary bike, four cross-trainers and three treadmills.

Comments
The hotel gym was spacious, but the equipment was in rough condition. The cable machine needed to be serviced and was a struggle to operate due to lack of lubrication and maintenance. Also, the cable machine had attachments available, such as ropes and bars, but the handles had been riveted onto the cable, so no other attachments could be swapped out (see photo).
 
The lighting was very low and challenging, if you went into the gym before the sun came up, as I did. Several pieces of cardio equipment were also broken and out of service.
 
There was only one bench, which caused me to have to wait a few times to get access to it.

Radisson Blu

There’s a solid range of dumbbells as well as two adjustable benches.
There’s also a nice range of pin-operated machines – for example, shoulder presses, chest flys, ab crunches, biceps curls, leg extensions, leg curls and lat pull-downs.
There’s even a Smith machine and a cable machine as well as a tower for dips, chin-up and pull-ups.
 
As for cardio equipment, there’re four cross-trainers, four treadmills, three stationary bikes and a rowing machine.
 
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? No.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

The equipment was new and machines were fully functioning.
 
I don’t recall the opening hours, but I have a strange feeling it’s from 6m to 10pm.
 
It’s very clean – after each station has been cleaned for another user, it’s marked with a green cone. It’s a shame and surprising they don’t have complimentary towels. However, everything else was accounted for.
 
There’s a nice view of the pool area from the cardio machines which is nice “distraction” while running or cross-training, for example.
 
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Yes, I really like the hotel gym here! The hotel gym has all the major equipment and it’s a nice size which makes it a much easier choice to pick Radisson Blu.

They have kettlebells and dumbbells (up to 50 lbs/22 kgs) and there’re two adjustable benches – one of them with a decline option.
There’s a solid range of machines – seated leg press, leg extensions, chest presses and chest flys, lat pull-downs as well ab crunches. There’s also a Smith machine and a bench press setup.
 
In terms of cardio equipment, there’re four treadmills, two stationary bikes and a cross-trainer.
 
Accessories include a Bosu ball, exercise balls and exercise mats as well as foam rollers.
 
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? Yes.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

Opening hours are from 6am to 10pm.
There aren’t enough machines for each body part – it would’ve been nice if they’d had a hip abduction.
 
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Yes! It wasn’t crowded – I could quietly focus on my workout.

There’s also a cable machine and machines for ab crunches, lat pull-downs and leg extensions.
 
As for cardio equipment, there’s a stationary bike, two treadmills and two cross-trainers. However, there’s also a separate room with several spinning bikes.
 
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary towels? No.
Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? No.
 
Comments
Although the gym was small, there’s enough equipment to do a sufficient upper (push) and back (pull) workout. There wouldn’t really be enough equipment to do a legs session, unless you’re happy to go light weight or do bodyweight squats, for example.
 
I believe the opening hours are 24/7.
 
Although there weren’t lots of equipment, the hotel gym wasn’t busy – there’s always stuff available to use.
Everything was clean and equipment all worked.
 
I wasn’t expecting to see the leg extension machine or the lat pull-down machine. However, it would’ve been nice if they’d have had barbells and a rack, but I know that’s very optimistic and just because I love deadlifts.

Accessories include foam rollers, exercise mats, exercise balls and medicine balls.

The hotel gym, which is located on the 3rd floor, is open 24/7 and accessible with the room key.
It’s clean but the equipment is rather old and things aren’t organized.
