There’s a solid selection of dumbbells (and kettlebells) along with a pair of adjustable benches.
There’s also a wide cable machine with lots of handles as well as the lat pull-down and seated row setup.
There’s even a squat rack with plenty of weight plates as well as proper flooring allowing for serious deadlifts if that’s your thing!
 
As for cardio equipment, there’s an assault bike, a rowing machine, three treadmills (including a curved version) and two cross-trainers.
 
Accessories include medicine balls, exercise balls, Bosu balls and exercise mats.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

It’s a great hotel gym!
I was very happy that they had a squat rack – that’s pretty exceptional for hotel gyms.

In terms of cardio, there’s a stationary bike, a treadmill and a cross-trainer.

There’s easy access to the hotel gym via your room key.
I was glad they had yoga mats.

No, I wouldn’t choose this hotel because of the hotel gym, but mostly because that’s not top of my list for travel choices.

There’re also pin-operated machines like the leg-press, lat pull-downs and leg-curls.
There’s even a barbell bench press setup and a Smith machine.
 
Cardio equipment includes treadmills, cross-trainers and stationary bikes.

The location of the hotel gym wasn’t too good, as you need to walk through the restaurant, past the swimming pool and down two flights of stairs to reach it.
Both times I visited, early morning and evening, I was the only one training.
All equipment was clean, well laid out and a trainer was available for any help, guidance or questions.
It was very airy and with a comfortable temperature for working out. Sports TV screens were on, for background noise.
I was happy to see they had battle ropes, pilates/yoga balls as well as mats for floor work.
For a hotel of this size, it’s a good size hotel gym.

Yes! I can honestly say, this is one of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever visited.

There’re various number of pin-operated machines and a cable station as well. They even have a barbell chest press set-up!
 
As for cardio, there’re five treadmills, two rowing machines, four cross-trainers, two stationary bikes and two spinning bikes.

It’s a nice hotel gym with equipment in good condition.
I was surprised to see that they had barbells.
Opening hours are 24/7.
There’s a pool and private beach as well.

It’s a small one-room hotel gym.
The opening hours are 24/7. However, it’s usually busy between 6 and 7pm.
There’s air conditioning but it’s not that great.
The equipment was clean and maintained. The only issue was the water machine – it was broken but they had plenty of water bottles available instead.
I would’ve liked another treadmill as the only time I could use it was early in the morning. It was a busy hotel gym in the afternoon/evening.

The cardio section consists of four treadmills (one of them being the curved version), a cross-trainer, a rowing machine, a stair-master and four Peloton bikes.
 
There’s a separate area with yoga blocks, medicine balls, slam balls, foam rollers and exercise balls.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

The hotel gym was open 24/7 and accessible with your key card.
It’s a nice, clean and spacious hotel gym.

There’s also an extensive cardio area with everything from cross-trainers, treadmills and stationary bikes and there’s even a stair-master and a SkiErg.

The hotel gym is open 24/7.
I was positively surprised they had a SkiErg.
The equipment is new and clean/well-maintained.
