There’s a nice selection of weight-based machines – leg presses, leg curls and shoulder/chest presses.
There’s even a Smith machine and a couple of cable machines with a good selection of handles.
They have kettlebells and a very nice range of dumbbells including a couple of adjustable benches.
In terms of cardio equipment, there’re two cross-trainers, stationary bikes as well as a lot of treadmills.
Accessories include medicine balls, box jumps, foam rollers, exercise balls and a Bosu ball.

Yes, I’d absolutely stay at that hotel again because of the hotel gym. They had everything you need to do a great work out and then some – whether you’re focusing on upper body, legs or a total body workout.
