There’s a cable machine, dumbbells (up to 50 lbs/22 kgs) and an adjustable bench.
As for cardio equipment, there’s a stationary bike, four cross-trainers and three treadmills.
Accessories include medicine balls and exercise balls.

The hotel gym was spacious, but the equipment was in rough condition. The cable machine needed to be serviced and was a struggle to operate due to lack of lubrication and maintenance. Also, the cable machine had attachments available, such as ropes and bars, but the handles had been riveted onto the cable, so no other attachments could be swapped out (see photo).
The lighting was very low and challenging, if you went into the gym before the sun came up, as I did. Several pieces of cardio equipment were also broken and out of service.
There was only one bench, which caused me to have to wait a few times to get access to it.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
