There’s a relatively big cardio section consisting of four cross-trainers, five treadmills, three stationary bikes and two Peloton bikes.
If you’re looking for a weight-based workout, there’re machines for lat pull-downs, chest presses, leg curls and leg extensions as well as shoulder presses. There’s also a cable machine with a nice selection of different handles.
Dumbbells range from 2 to 22kg and there’re two adjustable benches.
They also have kettlebells, foam rollers, a Bosu ball, exercise balls and medicine balls and even a TRX training station.
