There’re a lot of pin-operated machines – for example, leg curls and leg extensions, seated rows, chest presses, lat pull-downs and leg presses.
There’s also a cable machine, a pull up/dip tower, a Smith machine and even a squat rack.
They have dumbbells (up to 25 kgs) and adjustable benches (including the decline version) and there’re exercise balls, medicine balls and kettlebells too.
In terms of cardio equipment, there’re stair-masters, cross-trainers, rowing machines, treadmills, stationary bikes as well as spinning bikes – and plenty of each!
