There’s a cable machine with loads of different handles, a lat pull-down machine, a Smith machine, a leg press machine, a leg extension machine and a shoulder press machine.
Dumbbells range from 2 to 20 kgs and there’s an adjustable bench as well.
The cardio section covers three treadmills, a rowing machine, a bike and a cross-trainer.
Accessories include medicine balls (2 to 10kgs) and two exercise mats – there’re no foam rollers.

The hotel gym is open from 6am to 10pm and it’s in amazing condition! I couldn’t fault it one bit. Everything seemed new, or very well looked after and sparkling clean.
I went between 7-8am most mornings and was the only person in there too – fantastic!
I loved that they had weighted medicine balls and a mat area!
It would’ve been really nice to have more than one barbell/squat rack. If there’d been someone else in the gym, it would’ve been annoying to wait for too long!
