Besides a cable machine with a great selection of handles, there were only a handful of medicine providing a bit of resistance in terms of weight-based training.

Dirty!!! Floor, doors, windows, and mirror looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. Garbage overflowed. Trash in where towels were even though I couldn’t find towels complimentary anywhere. Wasn’t impressed in the least!!!
