There’s a cable machine with a fair selection of handles as well as a variety of weight-based machines: seated rows, lat pull-downs, chest and shoulder presses, triceps push-downs, rear delts and chest flys. There’s also a back extension bench, a hip abductor machine, a leg press machine as well as a machine for leg curls as well as extensions.
Dumbbells range from 5 to 50 lbs/2 to 22 kgs and there’s a couple of adjustable benches as well.
In terms of cardio equipment, there’s two spinning bikes, a stair-master, three treadmills and two cross-trainers.
Accessories include medicine balls, exercise balls and exercise mats.

No, I wouldn’t stay here just because of the gym, but it’s my second time at this hotel and I do recommend it to friends.
