There’re several pin-operated machines – for example, chest presses, shoulder presses, seated rows, leg curls, leg extensions, seated leg presses, lat pull-downs and a cable machine.
There’s also an insane collection of dumbbells (4 to 110 lbs/2 to 50 kgs) and three adjustable benches.
There’s an Olympic cage for squats, etc., different bars and a nice selection of plates.
There’s also a kind of TRX setup with monkey bars and battle rope pulls.
 
As for cardio equipment, there’re four stationary bikes, cross-trainers, rowing machines and treadmills (including the curved option).
 
Accessories include medicine balls, exercise balls, power bags and there’s even a punching bag!

The hotel gym has a good variety of equipment.
There’s air conditioning in the gym as well as Wi-Fi (the signal without Wi-Fi wasn’t great).
As a hotel guest, you can also use locker facilities, the swimming pool and spa, including hot tubs, steam rooms and saunas.

Dumbbells go up to 66 lbs/30 kgs and there are multiple adjustable benches.
There’s a Smith machine, a cable station with numerous different handles, and a combined leg extensions/lying leg curls machine. There’s also two TRX sections with a rope pulling setup.
 
There’s a huge cardio area consisting of eight treadmills, two rowing machines, two cross-trainers, three stationary bikes, a pair of spinning bikes and even a stair-master.
 
Accessories include exercise balls, medicine balls, exercise mats and a battle rope station. There’s also a box for box jumps and a free-standing punch bag.

All the equipment is new and well-maintained and the hotel gym itself appears clean.
It’s the first time I’ve ever seen sparkling water in a hotel gym.

There’s a solid selection of weight-based machines: shoulder press, lat pull-down and a combined leg extension/curl setup.
There’s even a bench press and squat rack setup as well as a Smith machine. There’s a dip station and a barbell biceps curl bench too!
Dumbbells range from 4 to 100 lbs/2 to 44 kgs and there’s a pair of adjustable benches to work with.
 
In terms of cardio equipment, they’ve got you covered as well! There’re two rowing machines, two treadmills, four cross trainers, three stationary bikes, a stair-master and a spinning bike.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

There’s a machine for leg curls, biceps curls and chest presses. They also have dumbbells – but unfortunately, they’re limited to the smaller weights (up to 10kgs).
 
In terms of cardio equipment, there’re three treadmills, two cross trainers, two stationary bikes, a rowing machine and two spinning bikes to get your cardio juices flowing.

It’s a clean gym area available for everyone to get in some essential training when staying here.
 
For a hotel gym, it’s not bad. It’s limited, but with the right imagination and motivation to train you can get a great session done.
Nevertheless, it would’ve been nice with heavier dumbbells, a squat rack, a pull bar and maybe a cable machine.
 
Outside of the gym there’re multiple outdoor fitness options including a 3km trail run around the site and outdoor fitness equipment dotted about.

No – the equipment is too limited. It’s fine for a basic workout, but nothing more.

They have kettlebells, dumbbells (from 2 to 38 kgs) and a pair of adjustable benches too.
 
As for cardio equipment, there’re three stationary bikes, three cross-trainers, three treadmills, a rowing machine and even a stair master.
 
Accessories include a Bosu ball, exercise mats, medicine balls and a punching bag.

Comments
The hotel gym is compact, but very versatile and located in a separate building to the main hotel. It’s clean, all the equipment is in good condition and everything is kept very tidy.
 
Treadmills are in good quality (Matrix brand) and with internet access allowing you to register your own profile if preferred, access to YouTube, games and social media if that’s your thing.
 
I used the gym many times and never found it to be busy.

The hotel gym is open from 6am to 10pm and it’s in amazing condition! I couldn’t fault it one bit. Everything seemed new, or very well looked after and sparkling clean.
I went between 7-8am most mornings and was the only person in there too – fantastic!
 
I loved that they had weighted medicine balls and a mat area!
It would’ve been really nice to have more than one barbell/squat rack. If there’d been someone else in the gym, it would’ve been annoying to wait for too long!

There’s a range of weight-based machines such as seated rows, lat pull-downs, shoulder presses, seated chest flys and leg extensions. There’s also a cable machine with various attachments and a Smith machine.
There’s an EZ bar, kettlebells, weight-bags and an ab roller too.
 
There’re stationary bikes, rowing machines, treadmills and cross-trainers (around 6 of each).

This hotel has a fairly large gym with a good range of equipment.
 
There’s a cleaning station for the equipment and the gym itself is generally clean and well maintained.
 
The gym has no squat racks or barbells. It’s not possible to open any windows and there’s no air condition so it gets hot in the hotel gym.

At first, I thought this place was going to be a dive but then realized it was only one of the rooms.
There are rooms all over the place and broken up into different parts. Cardio room, free weights, yoga, then a bigger room with machines and bikes and a lot of fidgety things. This is where most people hang out and lift. Overall pleasantly surprised.
