As for cardio equipment, there’re two stationary bikes, three cross-trainers and five treadmills.
 
They also have medicine balls (4 to 12 lbs/2 to 5 kgs), exercise balls and exercise mats.

The hotel gym is open 24/7 with hotel key entrance.
 
I was surprised to see areas for complimentary towels and complimentary water were both empty. but I feel that since the hotel provides complimentary water and extra hand towels in the hotel room, maybe this an option provided by the hotel so guest can bring their own items when working out in the fitness center.
 
The housekeeping level was good – everything was clean and the machines were all in good condition.
 
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
I’d stay at the hotel again because I like the variety of the equipment available as well as how it was organized within the space.

There’s a solid range of pin-operated machines – such as lat pull-downs, seated rows, shoulder presses, chest presses and glute kickbacks. There’s a tower for dips and chin-ups/pull-ups and a Smith machine too.
 
Dumbbells range from 5 to 60 lbs/2 to 27 kgs and a couple of adjustable benches to work with.
 
Cardio-wise, the equipment available is quite extensive! There’s a lot of treadmills, stationary bikes, cross-trainers and even a Peloton bike as well as a stair master.
 
Accessories include foam rollers, medicine balls, exercise balls and exercise mats.

The hotel gym is open from 6am to 10pm.
It’s very clean and has lots of multiple equipment.
There’s even a lap pool, jacuzzi and changing rooms.

There aren’t any weight-based machines like lat-pull downs, seated leg presses or shoulder presses.
It would’ve been nice if they’d had a cable machine and a squat rack – there’s definitely space for it.

Not sure – I think it’s weak considering how big/nice of a resort this is. The hotel gym needs updating and more equipment.

There’s a nice selection of weight-based machines – for example, a seated leg press machine, a leg curl machine, a leg extension machine and a lat pull-down machine.
There’s also a cable machine with a fair selection of handles.
 
There’s a rather big area dedicated to cardio equipment covering four cross-trainers, eight treadmills, two stationary bikes, a rowing machine and a Peloton bike.
 
Accessories include medicine balls, exercise balls and foam rollers.

Opening hours are from 5am to 11pm during the week and from 6am to 11pm on weekends.
 
The hotel gym was clean with wipes available for equipment and cleaning staff came through frequently.
 
Actually, the hotel gym was slightly above average in equipment. What was above average was the bathroom – in reality, a mini-spa: Sauna, nice private showers with toiletries, big fluffy towels, lockable lockers, etc. All this attaches to a large, heated pool.

Yes, it’s a very nice hotel gym with a good selection of equipment.

There’s also a cable machine with a fair range of handles as well as a TRX setup.
There’re kettlebells and dumbbells (up to 70 lbs/32 kgs) and a pair of adjustable benches to work with.
 
The cardio section covers four treadmills, three cross-trainers, two stationary bikes and two Peloton bikes.
 
Accessories include foam rollers, slam balls and exercise balls.

I was happy to see that they had the multigym. However, any hotel gym that has a cable machine is good enough for me. All that extra equipment was definitely a bonus.

There’s a sign that said the hotel gym is open from 7am to 11pm and to please be mindful of noise during late hours. I don’t know if they lock it outside those hours or if those are the quiet hours.
 
The hotel gym was newly renovated and nicely organized with eye catching wall design, plenty of mirrors and a mounted tv.
 
Unfortunately, the treadmills were very old and could not support running without skipping. This was rather disappointing.
 
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Maybe – I’d actually stay again because the suite was the largest I’ve been in, but the hotel gym was a plus! I usually just need a decent cardio machine and dumbbells in the hotel gym and I’ll find a gym nearby if I want to do more.

There’re multiple sets of dumbbells (3-75 lbs/1 to 34 kgs), kettlebells (10 to 30 lbs/4 to 13 kgs) and multiple benches.
 
There’re loads of treadmills as well as cross-trainers and there’s even a pair of Peloton bikes.
 
Accessories include medicine balls, exercise balls, aerobic bars and Bosu balls as well as foam rollers.

The hotel gym was clean and sanitizer wipes were available.
Equipment was new, in good shape and well maintained – everything worked.
I was glad to see they had the Smith machine, which had enough plates to challenge anyone! That’s an upgrade from most hotel gyms I’ve been to.

It’s a clean and well-equipped little hotel gym.
There’s a view over the pool with lots of light coming in.
The only thing missing is music/television, but that is not necessary for me.

Personally, my choice of hotel wouldn’t depend on the hotel gym – only if it’s for a longer stay. In that case, I’d be happy with this one.

The hotel gym was basic but roomy. Opening hours are from 5am to 10pm.
It was nice to see they had a cable machine and plenty of cardio equipment to choose from.
It would be nice if they would add some yoga mats and a Bosu ball/yoga ball, and the cable machine would benefit from having more attachments, but other than that, no complaints.

Yes! When a hotel gym has space to walk around, a functional trainer and dumbbells up to 50 lbs/22 kgs, that will definitely be enough to get me to come back.
