There’s also a huge cardio area with at least 10 treadmills, rowing machines and cross-trainers.
They had TRX stations, kettlebells, medicine balls and exercise balls.

Yes – it’s probably one of the best hotel gyms I’ve ever seen! I highly recommend it!

There’s a cross-trainer, two treadmills and two stationary bikes.
 
Dumbbells range from 2 to 22 kg and there’re two adjustable benches.
 
There’s also a cable machine. However, it lacked many of the usual handles which obviously limited its use.
 
Accessories include yoga mats, an ab wheel, a medicine ball, a skipping rope and a few elastics.
 
Does the hotel gym offer complementary towels? No.
Does the hotel gym offer complementary water? No.

The equipment was fairly new, nice and not worn out.  
 
Equipment seemed clean but could use sanitary wipes or spray although none were available or convenient.
Floors we’re definitely in need of a vacuum and mopping and mirrors could be cleaned too.
 
The hotel gym is open 24/7 which was really nice.
Water bottles were available at the front desk but inconvenient to get to. There weren’t any towels which was a pain.

It’s clean and roomy although not huge.

Hampton Inn fitness centers are very small.
I was happy to see that the treadmill was newer and didn’t have a slipping belt.
There’s a TV on the wall, in case you want a “distraction” while working out.

There’s a great selection of kettlebells, dumbbells and barbells as well as adjustable benches (including the decline option).
There’s a barbell bench press setup, a leg extension machine and a Smith machine.
With a TRX training zone, a solid range of medicine balls, a hex/trap bar, monkey bars, a punching bag, battle ropes and even a landmine attachment for barbells, your workout is limited only by your own creativity.  
 
Cardio-wise there’s a stair-master, two cross-trainers, two treadmills, a stationary bike, a rowing machine and two spinning bikes.

The hotel gym (and pool area) is located on the roof top offering a cool view while working out. In addition, there’s a running track surrounding the facility.
I think barbells go up to 45 kg and dumbbells 22kg, probably.
Opening hours are 5am to 10pm on Monday to Friday and 7am to 7pm on Saturday to Sunday.
The only towels available are big pool towels and the water is “spa water” with orange and cucumber which you have to pour in plastic cups.

Yes – this gym is very well equipped with a lot of things standard hotel gyms hardly never offers!

It’s a pretty small hotel gym, but it was empty when I used every morning.

The hotel gym is small and claustrophobic.
There’re plenty of towels because no-one uses them.
The carpet as well as the mirrors were dirty.
Opening hours are from 8am to 11pm.
 
It would have improved the overall impression – although only slightly – if there’d been a fair selection of dumbbells.
