Dirty!!! Floor, doors, windows, and mirror looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. Garbage overflowed. Trash in where towels were even though I couldn’t find towels complimentary anywhere. Wasn’t impressed in the least!!!

The cardio section consists of a Peloton bike, a stationary bike, a stair-master, four cross-trainers and four treadmills – so if you’re looking to get a sweat on, this is the place to be!
 
Pin-operated machines include chest press, shoulder press, leg curl, leg extension and lat pull-down.
There’s a Captain’s chair as well as a cable machine with several handles.
There’s also a solid section of dumbbells and three adjustable benches.

The hotel gym was mostly empty, so it was nice to have it to myself.
It’s very clean and open 24/7.

As for pin-operated machines, there’s a shoulder press, chest press and lat pull-down machine. They also have a leg-extension and leg-curl machine as well as a cable machine with all sorts of handles.
 
There’s a solid selection of dumbbells (at least up to 20 kgs) and barbells (at least up to 28 kgs) as well as two adjustable benches.
 
 
There’s a Captain chair for chin-ups, dips, pull-ups, etc. and medicine balls as well as exercise balls.
 
If you’re into cardio, there’re three cross-trainers, five treadmills and two stationary bikes.

The gym was fully equipped, but the most exciting thing was the ballet bar!
The hotel gym was large with plenty of room. However, I wish they had water available – and it would’ve been perfect if they’d had music playing too.

This is most likely one of the worst/smallest hotel gyms ever! Everything is squeezed together making it extremely claustrophobic. There’s simply no oxygen!

No – I was only staying at this hotel due to my husband’s work. Due to the limited equipment, I found a real gym and did my workout there instead.

This hotel gym is small, but it offers a large variety of weights, which is a must if you’re a lifter like me and don’t want to bring your dumbbells along to every trip.
 
There isn’t a lot of room in this gym, but it gives you all the equipment you need to get a stellar workout in without having to pack your own dumbbells! The majority of Holiday Inn’s I’ve stayed don’t have dumbbells at all, so this one’s a rare gem!

There’s also a lot of cardio equipment including rows of treadmills and cross-trainers and a handful of Peloton bikes.

A very nice hotel gym! Spacious, very clean and bright.
It’s the nicest hotel gym in the US I’ve been to – based on equipment available, size and cleanliness.
It felt like a mini gym experience rather than an at home office gym (typical for a hotel). The weight equipment wasn’t crowded – generally, several people could workout at the same time and still keep proper distance.

Yes! With COVID going on, we’ve missed going to the gym. This hotel gym was a big influence in why I selected this hotel for our vacation.
Overall, very happy and impressed! I wasn’t disappointed in anything.

Although there’s a solid dumbbell rack in the hotel gym, all actual dumbbells were missing – mostly removed due to the COVID-19 situation.

The hotel gym is open 24/7.
There’re disinfecting wipes as well as a wall mounted hand sanitizer.
 
Unfortunately, the fitness center’s malfunctioning treadmill is a danger to anyone wanting attempt to use it. I tried to get a run done on the treadmill twice, and both times the treadmill stopped working within a minute of being turned on. Turning on the treadmill, it lurked forward and the treadmill belt moved slowly and made a low whining noise. As I increased the treadmill speed, the whining sound became louder until the belt stopped moving.

No – the malfunctioning treadmill was a huge disappointment.

I liked the location of the fitness center at this hotel where it’s overlooking the pool.
It’s large enough, well-lit and the equipment is in excellent condition.
The only strike is that the flooring isn’t as clean as expected.

Yes – the basics needed are here to get a sufficient work out in. Generally, Marriott Courtyards are good choices for moderately priced hotels.
