This is a hotel that my company books for me and the hotel gym is decent as far as hotel gyms go but not great. It could use an update – for example, the adjustable bench is quite worn out. However, you can get a good workout in with some creativity.
The gym is open 24/7 and located on the 5th floor of the hotel.

It’s not big but it has everything you need for a good workout.
The hotel gym is usually open 24/7. However, at the moment, due to the COVID-19 situation, it’s open from 7am to 10pm.

I would definitely stay there again because the gym was equipped with everything I needed.

My employer selects our hotels for layovers and while this location can’t be beat, the gym is less desirable. There’s lots of rust from being in close proximity to the salt water. That being said, there’s enough equipment available to get in a good workout. When it’s not too windy or hot, I prefer to do my run right on the beach.
The gym is available 24/7 which is nice.

Extremely spacious and everything was very clean with towels and sanitary wipes available as well as a water fountain to fill water bottles.
 
Added bonus was an outdoor whirlpool hot tub overlooking the river to soak in after a great workout!
