In terms of machines, there’s a leg press machine, a chest press machine and a lat pull-down machine as well as a cable machine with a solid range of handles. There’s even a Smith machine!
There’re also a couple of cable machines as well as a solid selection of dumbbells and adjustable benches.
 
They have battle ropes, Bosu balls, medicine balls and kettlebells as well.

Extremely spacious and everything was very clean with towels and sanitary wipes available as well as a water fountain to fill water bottles.
 
Added bonus was an outdoor whirlpool hot tub overlooking the river to soak in after a great workout!

I was happy that the gym was open 24 hours since I like to exercise early (5:30 am.)
I was only disappointed not to have towels inside the gym – you have to ask front desk staff for a towel if you want one.

If you’re in the mood for a weight-based workout, there’re kettlebells, a cable machine with a nice selection of handles as well as an awesome range of dumbbells all the way up to 34 kgs! With two adjustable benches, the only limit as to how you want to put together your workout is your creativity.
 
In terms of accessories, there’re exercise balls, medicine balls, foam rollers, a TRX system, resistance bands and a Bosu ball.
