They have dumbbells and adjustable benches and there’s even a cable machine as well as weight-based machines covering lat pull-downs, chest and shoulder presses and rear delt or chest flys.

The equipment was all very new. There was enough equipment to get a complete workout in if you know what you are doing. There’re plenty of cardio machines and even a set of cables with a pullup bar.
 
Although there’s a fair selection of dumbbells, one 9 kg and one 11 kg dumbbell were missing.
 
There’re very large locker rooms for men and women which are attached to an outdoor pool and spa.
 
The gym closes at 6pm due to COVID-19 but that was the only downside.
 
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Yes, I would stay here again as this was an exceptional hotel gym for downtown Los Angeles.

If you’re a cardio bunny, there’re treadmills, cross-trainers and stationary bikes and even a Peloton bike!
 
There’s a cable machine with a nice range of handles, dumbbells (2 to 22 kgs), kettlebells (2 to 12 kgs) and two adjustable benches.
 
They also have TRX systems installed, Bosu balls, medicine balls as well as yoga mats.

The hotel gym is open 24/7.
It’s a nice well-smelling hotel gym although a little messy which was most likely due to someone not picking up the equipment after themselves.
The equipment is in good condition and seemed pretty new.

If you’re looking for a weight-based workout, there’s a cable machine with a wide range of attachments as well ad dumbbells (2 to 34 kgs) and kettlebells (2 to 22 kgs). With two adjustable benches, your creativity is the only limit in terms of what you want to do!
 
Cardio-wise there’re three treadmills, two cross-trainers and a stationary bike.
 
They also have yoga mats, a box for box jumps and exercise as well as medicine balls.

It’s a cute gym for a nice small hotel in historic Ybor.

As for cardio equipment, there’re two stationary bikes, three cross-trainers and five treadmills as well as two Peloton bikes!
 
Weight-based machines cover chest presses, shoulder presses, lat pull-downs as well as leg curls and leg extensions. There’s even a cable machine with a wide variety of handles.
There’s a nice selection of kettlebells and dumbbells and two adjustable benches plus exercise balls and medicine balls.

Kettlebells range from 12 to 24 kgs.
There’re two racks of dumbbells – one ranging from 2 to 22 kgs and another ranging from 1 to 10 kgs.
 
The best features are the state-of-the-art treadmills with sprinting programs that are easy to set up and two Peloton bikes for which the hotel maintains guest accounts so you can log-in at any Westin hotel. All the Westin hotels have them now.
 
The only downside about this hotel gym is that there aren’t any windows.

Yes! I stay at this hotel every time I’m in the Crystal City area solely because of this hotel gym.

I was surprised to see the yoga equipment and the bench, that’s super helpful. It would’ve been nice if they’d has a cable machine but that’s extra in a hotel gym for me.
 
There’s access to the hotel 24/7 via your key card.

Yes, absolutely! The pool for the kids and especially the rooftop was an amazing bonus.

The cardio section includes everything you need – treadmills (including the curved version), cross-trainers, stationary bikes as well as rowing machines – and there’s even a stair-master.
 
As for machines, you can do chest and shoulder presses, leg presses and leg extensions. There’s also a cable machine with different handles and even a Smith machines! There’s a nice selection of kettlebells and dumbbells plus a pair of adjustable benches.
They have battle ropes and different exercise balls too!

One of the newer additions to the Miravel resorts, this location used to be the Cranwell resort and spa but it is now the new and improved Miravel!
 
The fitness area was very spacious and the equipment was all new. There were so many activities to do at the resort that the use of equipment wasn’t necessary. However, I’m glad the option was there had I needed it.

Yes! It’s new clean and surely worth going back to!

The hotel gym was very spacious and had plenty of room to train and move about. Some hotel gyms have a tight space and this has plenty and lots of natural light.
