This is a great hotel gym! It’s well-equipped with a fantastic cable machine with all kinds of accessories and attachments.
I was positively surprised to see that they had a great spinning bike – many hotel gyms don’t have that!
There were no nasty smells and everything was very clean.

There’s a nice selection of cardio equipment including four treadmills, two cross-trainers, a rowing machine, a stair-master and four Peloton bikes.
 
Accessories include slam balls, exercise balls, foam rollers and yoga blocks.

The gym was open from 6am to 8pm and everything is clean and well-maintained.
I was positively surprised to see that they had TRX setup.

There’s also a combined machine allowing for leg extensions, shoulder presses and seated rows. It’s also possible to attach a handle/bar at the top of this machine making it possible to do some lat pull-downs or triceps push-downs.
 
As for cardio equipment, there’s a treadmill, a cross-trainer and a stationary bike.
 
Accessories include an exercise mat, an exercise ball and four medicine balls.

This hotel gym was minimal yet effective – there’s nothing fancy about it.
It’s fairly clean and didn’t smell bad.
There’re no towels but Lysol wipes.

Yes, I’d consider staying again if I was in the area and needed a hotel gym with the basics.

The number of machines was a bit limited, but I was positively surprised to see they had Peloton bikes.

There’s an outdoor pool nearby the hotel gym.
It would’ve been great if they’d had barbells and/or weight-based machines.
However, I liked the heavy dumbbells and the cable machine.

Not sure. It’s a decent hotel gym, but I’ve seen much better.

I liked that this hotel gym is open 24 hours a day.
Upon entering the gym, there’s a free-standing hand sanitizer dispenser by the door.
The gym also has a scale as well.
An unusual feature with the water cooler is the ability to choose from hot, room temperature, or cold water.
Free individual headphones are available to use while working out in the hotel gym.
Lastly, the hotel gym has motion sensor lights that shut off in parts of the gym that’s not being used.

They have medicine balls and a nice hardwood floor space for HIIT or stretching.
 
There’re lots of cardio equipment if that’s your jam: three cross-trainers and three treadmills.

This hotel gym was open 24/7 which was nice when traveling by car. Late arrivals and early departures make it hard when the hotel limits time.
 
There’s a nice and clean water dispenser with clean towels for your use.
 
A couple of things lacked which was sanitizer to spray benches and equipment down. Although by the naked eye it was pretty clean once you got on the wood floor, it wasn’t as clean as it could be. Mats were a bit dated and coming apart on the floor as well.

Yes, overall, I would go to the hotel again based on the gym and what it had available. May ask for sanitizer spray next time I’m in the area though.

There’s also a lat pull-down, a hip thrust and a seated row setup plus different kind of cable machines.
 
The cardio area is quite extensive with five Peloton bikes, a stationary bike, two stair-masters, six treadmills and five cross-trainers.
 
There’s an outdoor jungle gym with a solid range of dumbbells as well as kettlebells, TRX ropes and as punching bags. Outside, they also had a weight sled, a SkiErg, two assault bikes and a rowing machine.

There’re loads of equipment! Everything is clean and well-maintained.
Opening hours are 6am to 7pm via the spa – and 24/7 with your room key.
