As for cardio equipment, there’re two treadmills, a cross-trainer and a spinning-like bike.

I made good use of their dumbbell set as well as the treadmill.
The area was also neat and clean!
Since access to the hotel gym is granted via your room key, I reckon opening hours are 24/7.
This little hotel gym had everything I needed to get a few basic workouts in while on vacation.
