Cardio-wise there were two treadmills, two cross-trainers and a stationary bike. All are in good shape and with a built in TV.
Besides this, there’re only dumbbells and a workout bench in the corner.

Clean but extremely small hotel gym. There’s a stability ball and yoga mat but not sure where you would lay it down if anyone else was in there with you.
Dumbbells range from 1 to 16 kg.
There are great trails around the hotel though, if you’re looking to run go outside. It’s beautiful by the river.
