There’re two treadmills, a cross-trainer and a stationary bike.
There’s also a cable machine with different handles, a fair selection of dumbbells and an adjustable bench.
There’s an exercise ball, a Bosu ball and a handful of medicine balls as well.

My employer selects our hotels for layovers and while this location can’t be beat, the gym is less desirable. There’s lots of rust from being in close proximity to the salt water. That being said, there’s enough equipment available to get in a good workout. When it’s not too windy or hot, I prefer to do my run right on the beach.
The gym is available 24/7 which is nice.
