Cardio equipment includes a cross-trainer, a stationary bike and two treadmills – all machines are in good shape.
There’s a cable machine (although some handles are missing), dumbbells ranging from 4 to 22 kgs and an adjustable bench.
There are medicine balls (3 to 6 kgs) and yoga mats available too.

It’s a nice, clean, little gym which is open 24/7.
The equipment appears updated and it’s cleaned regularly.
