Cardio equipment consists of a rowing machine, a cross-trainer, a stationary bike and a treadmill.
In terms of weight-based training, there’s a solid collection of dumbbells (up to 30kg) as well as a pair of adjustable benches. There’s also a multi-gym providing you with the option of doing lat pull-downs, chest flys, dips/leg raises, leg extensions and chest presses. There’s even a pull-up bar!
There’s also a back extension “bench” as well as a sit-up/decline bench.

I’m not sure about the opening hours. It was open at 10am, but earlier access was also possible.
