They have dumbbells and adjustable benches – including a decline bench. There’re also barbells – also in connection with a chest press setup.
There’s also a nice selection of pin-operated machines – for example, lat pull-down, shoulder press, chest press and leg press.
There’s even a four-sided cable tower with a nice variety of handles.
As for cardio equipment, there’re two treadmills, two cross-trainers and a stationary bike.
