There’re two squat racks, a tire-flipping machine, two cable machines (one with a built-in setup allowing for seated rows, lat-pull downs, etc.), a solid selection of dumbbells and kettlebells and a handful of adjustable benches – including the decline option.
There’s also an extensive cardio area with everything from cross-trainers, treadmills and stationary bikes and there’s even a stair-master and a SkiErg.
