There’s a cable machine, dumbbells up to 50lbs/22kgs and pair of adjustable benches and an incline bench.
There’s also a Captain’s chair if you’re in the mood for some dips, ab exercises, etc.
In terms of cardio, there’re five treadmills, two cross-trainers and two Peloton bikes.
Accessories include Bosu balls, medicine balls and exercise balls.

Pretty decent hotel gym for sure.
I did expect more from an Omni Resort property, but I suppose since this location is focused on golf, it’s not terribly surprising the gym is lacking a bit compared to other Omni properties.
I did appreciate that things are spaced out a bit and the available floor space is maximized with equipment placement. Dumbbells only go up to 50lbs/22kgs, but of course that’s typical of a hotel gym.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
