Dumbbells range from 5 to 60lbs/2 to 26 kgs and there’re three adjustable benches.
There’s also a Smith machine, a Kinesis One cable machine from Techno Gym, an EZ bar and several pin-operated machines – for example, lat pull-down, seated chest press, shoulder press, leg extension and leg curls.
There’s a rather extensive cardio section with four treadmills, four cross-trainers and three stationary bikes.
