Dumbbells range from 10 to 50lbs/5 to 22kgs and there’re two adjustable benches to work with.
There’s also a cable machine but the number of handles/attachments is rather limited.
However, there’s a Smith machine with plenty of weight plates!
As for cardio machines, there’re two cross-trainers, two treadmills and a stationary bike.

Opening hours are from 6am to 10pm.
There’s excellent music playing, but the AC was excellent – but manageable.
The hotel gym was empty almost every morning.
