Equipment
Dumbbells go up to 44 lbs/20 kgs and there’re four adjustable benches (including a decline option).
There’s a Smith machine with plenty of weight plates and a dual cable machine with a solid range of handles.
Besides this, you’ll find all the regular pin-operated weight-based machines: leg curls, leg extensions, chest presses, lat pull-downs, shoulder presses, crunches, etc.
The cardio section is pretty extensive with eight treadmills, five cross-trainers, three stationary bikes, a step machine and a rowing machine.
Accessories include foam rollers, exercise mats, yoga blocks and an ab wheel.

The hotel gym is open 24/7 and easily accessible with your room card.
It’s spacious, well lit, everything was clean and equipment in good condition.
There’s a separate, spacious room allowing for stretching/yoga.
It’s a shame that dumbbells didn’t go any higher, but with the EZ and sufficient weight plates, you can still do a solid workout!
In addition to the cold water, hot water was also available which I thought was a cool little add-on.

Yes, that’s very likely! It’s surely an above average hotel gym – and one of my favorite hotel gyms in Beijing!
