Equipment
Dumbbells go up to 66 lbs/30 kgs, there’s a fair selection of kettlebells and there’re four adjustable benches including a decline option.
There’s a Smith machine, a dual cable machine and a leg curls/leg extensions machine.
As for cardio equipment, there’s a cross-trainer, two stationary bikes, two treadmills and a stair master.
Accessories cover medicine balls, a slam ball, exercise balls, exercise mats, elastics and a foam roller.

The hotel gym was open 24/7 for hotel guests.
There’s a very good selection of weights! They had two different cable options (one of which was also possible to be linked to I can’t remember if it was a Peloton, Tonal or Life Fitness account for progress check or could be used independently).
I was disappointed to see that leg workout options were very minimal – in fact an issue with a lot of hotels. They had a quad and hamstrings machine, but not much else so you’d have to use free weights and the bench to supplement.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
I probably wouldn’t choose this hotel even if the hotel gym was great – I was on a work trip so my company got me the closest hotel to the office.
