In terms of machines, there’s the leg press, biceps curl, leg extension, leg curl, chest press, shoulder press and lat pull-down.
Barbells go up to 52 kg, dumbbells up to 22 kg and there’s a pair of adjustable benches (including the decline version).
The cardio section is pretty big covering four stationary bikes, six cross-trainers and seven treadmills.
They have medicine balls and a Bosu ball too.
