They have dumbbells ranging from 5 to 50lbs/2 to 22 kgs and there’s also an adjustable bench. There’s also a cable machine for lat pull-downs with a few other handles for variety.
As for cardio equipment, there’re two Peloton bikes, two cross-trainers and two treadmills.
Accessories include exercise mats, exercise balls and medicine balls.

The hotel gym is open 24/7 with key card access.
Everything looked brand new, but I wish they had a second bench, but that’s really it.
I loved how the hotel was set up! There’s a second building, next door to the main building, where hotel gym’s located. It overlooked a pool and then another rooftop pool in building number three right across from the beach.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Yes! It’s a small space but all necessities were available.
