Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs/22 kgs and there’s a pair of benches too.
As for pin-operated machines, there’s a machine for leg presses, a leg curls, seated rows, lat pull-downs and chest presses.
There’s also a cable machine and an ab machine.
There’re loads of cardio equipment options like cross-trainers, treadmills and stationary bikes.

Does the hotel gym offer complimentary water? Yes.

It’s an excellent hotel gym with plenty of space.
They’d benefit from more yoga mats (only 1 during my stay) but that’s a minor issue.
The treadmills look out over the golf course (nice view for sure) and there’s a hot tub and therapy pool just outside of the gym which are accessible to guests.
Based on the hotel gym, would you stay at this hotel next time you’re in the area?
Yes! Overall, an excellent facility.
